Refund, Replacement and Cancellation TermsAfter you have placed your order with us you will receive an email confirming your purchase order which will include the amount paid including your postage.1. DELIVERY We normally dispatch all orders on the day the order is placed. If we can not deliver on the day of purchase we will keep you updated throughout the transaction. However, if we can not deliver within 7 days we will offer a full refund. 2. REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS Through the retail part of the site we will offer a 14 day no quibble money back policy (excl. P&P). Goods are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects and any products returned and found to be faulty will be replaced free of charge, or at our discretion we may offer the customer a full refund. This does not affect the customers statutory rights. The customer can cancel an order at any time prior to despatch by emailing or telephoning us. 3. MISTAKES IN BILLS, RECEIPTS or PAYMENTS We will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so. 4. COMPLAINTS We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint. We will keep you informed throughout the process. |
